This year, we’re honoring the Year of the Snake with a festival that will bring together tradition, competition, and celebration.

Hosted by GWN Dragon Boat, this event draws local and corporate teams for a full day of racing on Mercer Lake. With team village tents, music, and vendors, it’s both competitive and community-driven.

Northeast Dragon Boat Challenge
The Northeast Dragon Boat Challenge is held at scenic Cooper River Park in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey.
This event takes place on our custom course with excellent sightlines from the athlete’s village.
Paddlers of all skill levels are welcome.
Community teams will compete in three 200 meter races.
Sport teams will compete in a 200 meter race, 500 meter races and a 2000 meter race for those teams that qualify.
Registration is open for teams of all levels – Community to Sport.
